How to Join the Raffle?

1. Book a trip via Chelsea Travel App (https://www.chelseatravel.ph/).
2. Answer the survey about your experience in using the Chelsea Travel App.
   1. Should you refuse/skip to answer the survey, your transaction number will not be eligible for the raffle draw.
   2. Should you accidentally skip answering the survey, an email will be sent to you so you can have a chance to answer the survey and join the raffle.
3. Your transaction number will automatically be your entry and be part of the raffle draw.
4. Campaign runs from March 8, 2024 to June 8, 2024.

 

How many entries do I get if I book several times?

For every successful single booking that you have, you can get an entry. Example: If you book twice, you will get two transaction numbers and you will have two entries in the raffle draw.

 

In the case of Group Booking, the first passenger who will book in the Chelsea Travel App will be the one eligible for a raffle entry.

 

How will I know if my entry is valid?

You must wait for the confirmation via email and SMS within 24 hours from booking/ entry submission.

 

Who can join the raffle?

The raffle is open to all Chelsea Group (Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, Trans-Asia) passengers who will book online via Chelsea Travel App (https://www.chelseatravel.ph/).

• Passengers, including students, may join.
• All employees of Chelsea Group and agents of Starlite, SuperCat, Trans-Asia, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this Raffle.

 

When will the winners be announced?

• The announcement is on June 21, 2024 (Friday).

 

When and where will the raffle draw will be held?
The Raffle Draw will be conducted on June 11, 2024 (Tuesday), 1:00 pm at the Chelsea Logistics Manila Office, 18F Conference Room, UDENNA Tower, Rizal Drive corner 4th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This will be witnessed by Chelsea Logistics Representative/s, and DTI Representative/s

 

What are the prizes?

1. There will be one grand prize-iPhone 15 Pro Max (256GB).
2. There will be 18 consolation prizes;
   1. 10 winners of 2 round trip tickets from any shipping line of choice (Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, and Trans-Asia)
   2. 8 winners of Chelsea Travel Kit (t-shirt, cap, drawstring bag, stickers, ballpen, tumbler, notebook, pen)

 

How will I know if I have won in the Raffle?

Winners will be chosen via a system-generated randomizer (Excel). Announcement of winners will be published via Chelsea Logistics’ social media channels on 21 June 2024 (Friday).

 

Winning passengers will also be notified via text, call  and snail mail from an official Chelsea Logistics Representative to verify their details. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification from Chelsea Logistics.

 

How many times can I win in the Raffle?

Should you have more than one entry, you have a chance to win 1 consolation prize and 1 grand prize. Having more than one entry increases your chances of winning.

How can I claim my prize?

1. The winner should present a valid government-issued ID bearing the exact name indicated on the booking.
2. The awarding of prizes will be done onsite at the nearest Chelsea Logistics, Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, or Trans-Asia Office.
3. Claiming of prizes is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from Chelsea Logistics.

I cannot personally claim my prize. Can I send my representative to claim it?
Yes, the winner can send a representative.

The representative should bring the following:

a) Winner’s email to Chelsea Logistics authorizing the representative

1. b) Notifications to winner (sms, e-mail or snail mail)
2. c) Special Power of Attorney
   d) Photocopy of winner’s valid government ID
   e) Photocopy of representative valid government-issued ID

Terms & Conditions

 

1. The “Chelsea Travel AmaSEAng Raffle” is open to all Chelsea Group (Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, Trans-Asia) passengers, including students.
2. All employees of Chelsea Group and agents of Starlite, SuperCat, Trans-Asia, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this Raffle.

 

3. Only those who booked via the Chelsea Travel App (https://www.chelseatravel.ph/) with an official transaction number can earn raffle entry.

 

4. Campaign period is from March 8, 2024 to June 8, 2024.

 

5. A passenger must use his/her complete name that matches with any valid government identifications in creating profile in the Chelsea Travel App when purchasing a ticket.

 

6. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a passenger may have. Each unique transaction number serves as the passenger’s valid raffle entry/entries. An SMS/email notification will be sent to confirm the validity of the raffle entry.

 

7. In the case of Group Booking, the first passenger who will book in the Chelsea Travel App will be the one eligible for a raffle entry.

 

8. In case of cancellation of advance booking after the grand raffle draw. The grand winner shall not be entitled to a ticket refund. Rebooking is allowed.

 

9. A passenger can win at most twice (2x) throughout the raffle promo. A passenger who has won 1 consolation prize can still have the chance to win the grand raffle prize. The more entries a passenger has, the higher chances of winning.

 

10. All winners are subject to verification.

 

11. The passenger is required to take full responsibility and liability for the information provided by them under the terms and conditions of the Chelsea Travel AmaSEAng Raffle. Chelsea Logistics reserves the right to verify the information provided by the participants. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of Chelsea Logistics, the passenger will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

 

12. The awarding of prizes will be done onsite at the nearest Chelsea Logistics, Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, or Trans-Asia Office.

 

13. A DTI Representative will be invited to draw the raffle winners.
14. The Raffle Draw will be conducted at the Chelsea Logistics Manila Office, 18F Conference Room, UDENNA Tower, Rizal Drive corner 4th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The awarding of prizes will be done onsite at the nearest Chelsea Logistics, Starlite Ferries, SuperCat, or Trans-Asia Office. This will be witnessed by Chelsea Logistics Representative/s, and DTI Representative/s

 

15. Announcement of raffle winners will be done via registered e-mail, SMS, social media, Chelsea Travel App, and other channels on June 21, 2024 (Friday).

 

16. Passengers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Chelsea Logistics to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post/s and seeding of prizes.

 

17. Raffle Prizes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NOT convertible to cash.

 

18. Eligible Chelsea Logistics passengers will receive an SMS notification from Chelsea Logistics on the validity of entry/ies. Passengers will also see ads via Chelsea Group’s official Facebook Pages and Instagram pages and other official channels promoting the campaign.

 

19. Promo period is from March 8, 2024 9:00 AM until June 8, 2024 11:59PM only. Any transactions beyond the promo period will not be included.
