Information Technology Team leads quarterly systems refresher seminar

The Chelsea Group IT team planned to conduct quarterly refresher training for each system it supports to help reduce human error in technology operations while improving team productivity. 

The first seminar refresher, SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), kicked off on 

The series of seminars also aims to identify knowledge gaps and needs, address outdated and obsolete information acquired from previous processes and training, and share best practices in using the systems available across the Group. In this way, all Business Units will be on the same page in executing technology-related processes.
